Coca cola chicken... 5 ingredients..
the most moist chicken ever!
One chicken ( A BAKING HEN IS THE BEST FOR THIS ), washed ( RINSED OFF GOOD ),
patted dry then season with salt & fresh ground pepper. put into crock pot,
quarter one lemon, toss in pot. Peel one large onion, quarter and in it goes.
One bottle of your fav BBQ sauce ( just the reg. size bttl) one can of coca
cola. Cover & cook on low all day, They say you can cook it on high for 4
hours, but the all day slow cooking makes it literally fall off the bone!
