Egg Burritos
1 dozen eggs
1 bunch of green onion (chopped)
1 can of chopped green chilies
10/12 flour tortillas
1 16 ounce jar/2 cups of pace picante sauce
1 pound mozzarella cheese
In a bowl combine eggs, onions, chilies scramble together in a pan till it is
soft and moist not dry. Put a little of the egg mixture in tortilla and fold
like an envelope place in baking dish. Pour pace picante
over top evenly and cover with the cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven till
cheese melts. Makes 10/12 burritos
