Grilled Korean Style London Broil with Spicy Cilantro Sauce

Spicy Cilantro Sauce:


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for marinade (except London Broil).
  2. Pour into a plastic bag and add beef. Seal bag removing all the air.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. 30 minutes before grilling, take beef out of marinade and place on a cutting board. Dab off excess liquid with a paper towel.
  5. Heat grill to 500.
  6. Sear meat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat on grill to 325.
  7. Cook until meat is an internal temperature of 125 for rare, 135 for medium rare, about 10-15 minutes.
  8. Place onto a cutting board and let rest for 15 minutes.
  9. Thinly slice steak across the grain.
