Grilled Korean Style London Broil
with Spicy Cilantro Sauce

Ingredients
Marinade:
- ¾ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup sherry
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 5 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
- 2 lb. London broil

Spicy Cilantro Sauce:
- ¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro (including stems)
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. chicken broth
- 3 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. minced jalapeno
- 1 tsp. sesame oil

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for
marinade (except London Broil).
- Pour into a plastic bag and add beef. Seal bag removing
all the air.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- 30 minutes before grilling, take beef out of marinade and
place on a cutting board. Dab off excess liquid with a paper towel.
- Heat grill to 500°.
- Sear meat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat on
grill to 325°.
- Cook until meat is an internal temperature of 125° for
rare, 135° for medium rare, about 10-15 minutes.
- Place onto a cutting board and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Thinly slice steak across the grain.
