4 medium potatoes
4 slices bacon
C. finely chopped onion
2 TBS. oil or margarine
2 TBS. flour
C. cider vinegar
2 TBS. brown sugar
tsp. celery seed
salt and pepper

PEEL and cook 4 med potatoes and when cooled cut in slices or squares.
In a frying pan put 4 slices of bacon cut in small pieces,
1/4 cup finely chopped onion,
2 TBS. oil or margarine
Brown until cooked and pull aside.

Into the pan juice add:
2 TBS. flour,
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 TBS. brown sugar,
1/4 tsp celery seed,
salt and pepper to taste.

If this is too thick, add a little water and stir in the bacon and onion mix, and the potatoes. Heat through stirring until hot.

Serves up great with ham or pork.
