Lobster and Corn Pasta
1 12 oz can corn
1 12 oz can peas
1 12 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup imitation lobster
1 package spaghetti pasta
Spray the insert of a slow cooker
with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the corn, peas, tomatoes, garlic, onion,
oil, Old Bay and basil in the insert.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Add the lobster and cook for an additional 25 minutes.
Prepare pasta per normal instructions.
