Heat pan on medium to low heat with little oil & tspn butter.
Wash and peel 3 large potatoes and dice into 1 inch pieces. Salt and pepper to your tasting. Add paprika on them an toss together. When pan is hot add potatoes and stir to coat them with oil and cover. In another pan, add bout 1/2 c water and 1/2 Pound of ground hamburger, add 1tspn of garlic powder and 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Cut meat into chunks and boil until there's little it of juices from the meat mixture ( stirring until its in crumbled meat ). Cut one large opinion and diced. When potatoes are half done, add opinion on top and add meat mixture on top of onions. Cover. Cook about 15 minutes and stir in mixture with potatoes. When its nearly done, add a good melting cheese and hamburger buns. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand about 5-10 minutes. Take out a hamburger bun on a plate add dukes mayo to the bottom and then your potato hamburger mixture with cheese on top of buns, add ketchup on top. You will need a fork... Its good! Long story how my mother came up with this recipe ... RIP Mom... I love & miss u! Good Eats to All...
