Prime Rib
10Lb. Prime Rib Roast
10 Garlic Cloves minced
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Pepper
2 Tsp Thyme
Place roast in a roasting pan fatty side up. In a smal bowl combine remainder of ingredients whisk well.
Pour over roast and let stand room temperature for 1 hour. Place roast in oven
on 500 degrees bake 20 minutes. Red4 heat to 325 and bake for
60 minutes let roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Au jus
4 Cups beef stock
After taking roast out of pan place pan on the stove
over 2 burners. Over high heat add 4 cups beef stock and bring to a boil
scrapping the bottom of the pan cook 15 minutes. Serve with prime rib.
