4 cups Rhubarb cut and placed in 9" baking dish
Sprinkle on rhubarb:
2 Tbsp water, 2 cups sugar and 1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 C butter, 1/2 C Brown Sugar, 1 Cup Flour
Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.
Top with vanilla ice cream and serve….
Variations: For filling add dried cranberries, raisins or cherries
For topping use oats instead of flour. Add chopped nuts.
