THE IMPOSSIBLE PIE
4 eggs 1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. cold milk 1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour or bisquick mix
1 c. coconut
some coconut & cinnamon for top
Put all ingredients in Blender & set on high. Turn on, count to 10. Pour mixture into large pie pan. Sprinkle some coconut on top & then sprinkle some cinnamon on top of coconut. Bake 40 min. in 350 oven or until browned & knife inserted in center comes out clean. Refrigerate when cooled. Serves well with cool whip or ice cream.
